V1.4 - Boggin's Bottomless Bag

Some major changes this time round. Gone is the Herbalist and in comes Boggin with his mysterious bag of holding. .  Not sure who Boggin is, he might be the Landlord or just a wandering wizard lost in the pub cellar's either pay him 25 coins between encounters to pull a random item from his bag that might help you in your quest, just don't roll snake eyes.

Also reduced the debt roll to 3d6 and the max reward to 3x the Difficulty Score of the encounter which reduces the length of the game.
